This is are live trading from June 19 of this year. It was an exceptional day even though it was F OMC which was a significant piece of news that was coming out. The volatility and volume throughout the last few weeks on the Emini S&P 500 have been quite exceptional. Today the market was moving very well during the day, early morning, but that behavior did not continue throughout the afternoon nor the latter part of the early morning session.

Emini S&P 500 day trading can be optimal when we focus on paying attention to what's important which is market structure and market environment. It is also important to have a group of people that one can trade with in order to identify mistakes and weaknesses.
