The life of a day trader as lived by all of the Master Traders in Cartagena, Colombia. One of the things that makes The Day Trading Academy unique is that we have more than just one trader that is successful and making money. Our consistently profitable day traders span the globe.

This life of a day trader video is from our Master Trader retreat in Cartagena. We spent a few days in the city to enjoy the colonial history. We also spend time together so that we can continue to improve our day trading strategy and outlook on the markets.

After our visit to Cartagena we spent one full week in our Military Training Sessions. This is where we spend a full week and trade live with a select group of student traders. The market was great and we were able to show exactly what a trader's life could be like by being able to trade and travel.

Afterwards, we visited Brazil where we rented gorgeous penthouse suites overlooking the incredible Copacabana beach. If there was a ever a time that we felt like we were living the dream of being traders this was definitely it.

A trader's life isn't all play and no work. Many people think that becoming a professional trader is overnight. You just start learning and then you start making millions in just a week or two. Unfortunately, there is a learning process that we all have to follow when it comes to trading. Like anything else, we have to develop the skill to be able to live the life of a day trader.
